  • I have never danced. Which subject is best for you?
    All Beginner classes at Rizm are suitable for those who have never danced or are new to dancing. In addition, we also recommend that you practice more Carnival Fit class as Dance Fitness dance class to increase strength and endurance.
  • I want to buy a monthly/quarterly/yearly card. What should I pay attention to when buying this package?
    When purchasing a monthly/quarterly/yearly card, you should note that Studio will not refund if the card is not used. However, the card can be transferred to another person if it has never been used. Please contact Studio to transfer the card.
  • I want to buy a package of 10/20/30 sessions. What should I pay attention to when buying this package?
    When buying the 10/20/30 session package, you should note that the Studio will not refund if the card is not used. The lesson will be refunded when the student cancels the class at least 3 hours in advance or in case the class has less than 3 students registered. You also note the expiry date of each card pack. The card can be transferred to another person if it has never been used. Please contact Studio to transfer the card.
  • Why have I bought a monthly/quarterly/yearly card but still have to schedule classes?
    If you have purchased a monthly/quarterly/yearly card, please schedule classes to ensure that the number of students is suitable for the area of the gym. If you want to take any class but have not booked an appointment, Studio reserves the right to refuse you to join the class in case the class is full.
  • I have scheduled a class. What do I need to do when I go to class?
    When you come to class, please check-in with the front desk before entering class. If you don't check-in, Studio will be forced to consider you dropped out.
  • I booked a class but I was late. Can I go to class?
    Studio is sorry if you are 30 minutes late to class, we will not be able to let you in.
  • I booked a class but had to cancel the class. How can I cancel or reschedule a class?
    Studio is sorry that you had to cancel the class. However, you can easily cancel or reschedule classes at least 3 hours before class here.
  • I have scheduled a class but I can't go to school and haven't canceled the class. Will this have any effect on the study packages I have purchased?
    Studio is sorry that you were forced to leave school. However, to ensure fairness for teachers and other students, if you drop out of class 3 times within the term of the tuition package you purchased, Studio reserves the right to refuse you to register for a new course.
